  1. The ‘window’ below gives the Frequently Answered Questions as you will find on the Flavour Stack website.
  2. The User Notes provides more precise information on particular features where you may still have questions.
  3. Typical User Agreement – This is the USA and Canada User Agreement as you will find on the Sign In form. The agreements for the UK (MSK) and Australia and New Zealand are similar.

User Notes

The following notes cover points that some people have problems with, since the Flavour Stack website does not always provide full explanations:
    1. All dates and times are those for Brisbane, Australia, where the program is run from. The only exception is that your Flavour Stack will be shipped on or about the 20th of the month in your country.
    2. If you are a Consultant, you must sign up (on your own replicated Flavour Stack website) and you will have a different ID number for Flavour Stack with its own password.

  1. If you subscribe before the 5th of the month, then your Welcome Stack will be shipped immediately. You will also be sent the Flavour Stack for that same month and your credit card will be billed on the 10th of the month. Please note that the Flavour Stack program is based on the time in Brisbane, Australia, as shown in the clock to the right. This is 14 hours Ahead of Eastern Daylight Savings Time in North America and 17 hours ahead of Pacific Time. Any changes you wish to make to your program or if you wished to terminate your subscription must be made before 12:00 midnight on the 5th of the month on Brisbane, Australia time. Brisbane does not apply Daylight Savings Time at any time in the year.
  2. If you subscribe after the 5th of the month, then your Welcome Stack will be shipped immediately. Your next Flavour Stack of the Month will be shipped the following month.
  3. If you wish to cancel your participation in this Autoship program, then you must do so prior to midnight on the 5th of the month, Brisbane, Australia time for your cancellation to apply in that month.

User Agreement for USA and Canada – as published on the YIAH Flavour Stack Sign In

By completing the AutoShip sign up information on the front of this Agreement, I authorize Your Inspiration At Home, to ship the product listed on the front of this form according to the terms set forth herein. Your Inspiration At Home is under no obligation to ship products if the authorized account(s) have been overdrawn or closed.

This Agreement does not supersede or modify in any way the terms and conditions of my Independent Consultant Agreement or Your Inspiration At Home’s Policies and Procedures. Your Inspiration At Home reserves the right to modify or terminate the AutoShip at its sole discretion.

CHANGES: To change AutoShip order selections, method of payments, or the authorized amount, a new Agreement must be submitted to Your Inspiration At Home. If more than one Agreement has been submitted, the most recent Agreement will supersede all previous Agreements.

Upon notice, Your Inspiration At Home reserves the right to change prices. When such price changes occur, Your Inspiration At Home will publish them in Your Inspiration At Home electronic newsletters and, unless I direct Your Inspiration At Home to do otherwise, Your Inspiration At Home will continue to send me the products specified in my AutoShip Agreement at the changed price.

I understand that I will receive a 100% refund on any product where the price has been increased if I return such product to Your Inspiration At Home within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the product order, or the period specified by state law of the state where I reside for such refunds, whichever is longer.

TERM: This Agreement will remain in effect until I:

(1) elect to alter or change any aspect of this Agreement by submitting a new AutoShip Agreement;

(2) submit my cancellation of this Agreement to Your Inspiration At Home

Change or cancellation will be effective in the calendar month in which it is received by Your Inspiration At Home if received at least 5 business days prior to my AutoShip ship date; otherwise, change or cancellation will become effective in the month following the month in which my notice of change/cancellation is received by Your Inspiration At Home.

If I cancel my AutoShip, my Membership will be cancelled; and I understand I revert to the retail Customer pricing structure on all future orders or if I am a YIAH Consultant, I remain in the YIAH Consultant pricing structure as this does not affect my YIAH Consultant Account.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: I authorize Your Inspiration At Home to charge payment for my AutoShip order(s) on my credit card identified on the front of this Agreement. I have selected the credit card form of payment I authorize Your Inspiration At Home to charge all orders to this card, even if they exceed the amount of my pre-selected AutoShip order. I understand that shipping, handling and applicable taxes will also be added to all orders, regardless of the form of payment.

flavour stack subscribe In order to prepare my AutoShip order to ship on the indicated date, I understand that my credit card or checking account may be charged up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled shipment date. I agree to pay a $10.00 service fee in the event a check or charge is returned for any reason. I have the right to have the amount of any erroneous withdrawal credited as soon as reasonably possible and upon proper notification to Your Inspiration At Home.

I shall hold Your Inspiration At Home harmless for all special or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from any wrongful debit to my account.
