Instead of running a product tasting, a host can now run a workshop where a group of friends create delicious meals that can be frozen for a later occasion. Having one or two of these meal packs in the freezer can make dinner time a breeze. If you would like to host a Freezer Meal Workshop, please contact me.
How to run a Freezer Meal WorkshopThe workshop allows each participant to prepare 8 meals and usually takes about 3 hours. You can invite your friends over to prep meals together and you all leave with ready-to-freeze meals. When you are ready to enjoy them, most of the work has already been done! Overall you will be saving a lot of time.
If you wish to host a Freezer Meal Workshop, your consultant will work with you to ensure that it runs smoothly and everyone has fun. Your invited participants must each purchase and pay for their own Workshop Kit, which are then delivered to the consultant. This should be done at least 3 weeks prior to the event to ensure that postal delays do not cause problems.
Prior to the event, the consultant will mail a shopping list to each participant of the other ingredients they must purchase. The consultant will work with the host to ensure that each participant will have an appropriate working space and any implements (chopping boards, knives, etc. ) that may be needed. The consultant will bring the kits, the recipes and labels for the freezer bags to the Workshop.
As a guest, all you need to get are the other ingredients and the plastic freezer bags for the meals you prepare. The flyer below gives more details on what happens.
