This recipe is for baked chicken wings served with a spinach salad with lots of extras.
I made these delicious chicken wings last week. I brushed them with Intense Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then sprinkled them with Grill Master Meat Rub. They were baked in the oven at 375 F for about 30 mins until they were nicely browned or I could have grilled them on the BBQ.
The salad was made with baby spinach topped with raw sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese and then drizzled with Raspberry Cranberry Hibiscus Balsamic Vinegar.
